Our group brings together director-level healthcare operations experience and hands-on leadership of medical assistant teams and clinic workflows, supported by education and training in business, healthcare, and analytics.

Our experience includes operations director leadership spanning multiple clinics, including primary care and cardiology, alongside ancillary vendors providing diagnostic testing, orthopedic services, and other practice support. We’ve managed staffing and scheduling, reviewed financial performance, developed teams, and worked alongside clinical leaders to improve day-to-day operations.

Our team’s background combines military service and leadership with graduate-level education and training in entrepreneurship, healthcare administration, and analytics. We use that perspective to turn business questions into practical plans and clear responsibilities.

Our team brings many years fully integrated into frontline clinic operations, leading medical assistants and coordinating daily workflows. That experience includes patient-facing clinical support, care coordination, team huddles, staff coaching, training, supplies, and quality processes.

That firsthand perspective helps us connect business decisions with the realities of supplies, processes, communication, and collaboration with clinicians.

We’ve seen how closely the business side and the clinical day are connected. A staffing gap changes the schedule. A supply decision affects the team. A financial report matters most when someone can turn it into a useful next step.

Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, Horizon Management Partners supports independent outpatient practices nationwide, including dermatology, primary care and cardiology. We bring those perspectives together. We help independent practice owners understand the numbers, organize priorities, and build processes their teams can actually use.

Our own practice, built from the ground up in partnership with the clinicians.

We are building Horizon Dermatology and Aesthetics in the Southern Hills area of Las Vegas alongside its clinicians. Together, we’re shaping the practice from its earliest stages, connecting the clinical vision with the space, equipment, people, and business systems needed to support it.
