How is this different from a fractional COO?

Operations Partnership provides recurring coordination and follow-through. A fractional COO engagement adds embedded operational leadership and HMP-led business initiatives within agreed decision authority.

How much does this service cost?

The introductory consultation is free. Engagement fees depend on the agreed scope, deliverables and involvement. We confirm fees and responsibilities in writing before work starts.

How long does the work take?

We agree milestones and review points after understanding your priorities, data availability and team capacity. A focused review and an ongoing leadership engagement have different timelines; we do not promise a fixed completion date before scoping.
